    Dr Roskell will be leaving Woodstock Surgery at the end of August 2018.

    The partners, staff and patients wish her well and extend their appreciation
    for her care and good practice.

    We wish her every happiness in her future career.

    The practice is active in appointing a new GP to join Woodstock Surgery and we will inform you as soon as a decision is made.
  • Announcing this years Flu Clinics – it’s time to book!

    - Saturday 22nd September for patients aged 65+ ONLY

    - At 09:00am to 11:30am at Woodstock Surgery 

    More dates to follow for all patients who are eligible........

    Appointment booking is OPEN for patients who are; aged 65 or over on 31st March 2019, pregnant, immunosuppressed or who have a long term chronic condition (eg diabetes, COPD, heart/liver/kidney/neurological disease) - no need to wait for a letter, so please ring the surgery on 01993 811452 or ask at reception.

    We are also offering the following village clinics:

    - Combe Reading Rooms on Tuesday 2nd October 2:00pm to 2:30pm
    - Tackley Village Hall on Friday 5th October 2:00pm to 2:30pm
    - Stonesfield Village Hall on Tuesday 9th October 2:30pm to 3:00pm                      

    Patients who wish to attend these village clinics should advise the surgery that they will be attending to ensure that we have sufficient supplies of vaccine.

    This version brings a redesigned user experience, simplified registration and sign in as well as making the service more intuitive and user friendly.
