About Us
Woodstock, 8 miles north of Oxford on the edge of the Cotswolds, is a historic town adjacent to Blenheim Palace, home of the Duke of Marlborough and birthplace of Winston Churchill.
Woodstock Surgery is a mainly rural practice of 9200 patients of whom over 6000 live outside the town. We cover 34 villages and hamlets. The practice numbers have been stable for over 40 years and there are no foreseeable changes to be expected.
The practice is not dispensing but the local chemist provides a village delivery service to nine villages.
Woodstock Practice is committed to giving the best possible care to all our patients.
