Community Nurses

The District Nurses have their own office in Kidlington. If you need help or advice they are available 13:00-14:00, Monday to Friday and can be contacted on 01865 904130. There is an answerphone if the District Nurses are unavailable.

Health Visitors

Health Visitors are qualified nurses who have received extra training in family and child health and health promotion. They work with families and children up to the age of 5 either in their homes or at the health centre.

They hold regular clinics every Tuesday 1pm – 2pm then baby Lunchbox 2pm-2:30pm (both drop ins) at Eynsham Village Hall, Back Lane, Eynsham, Oxfordshire, OX29 4QW. Please telephone 01865 904345 for more information.

Counsellors

A counsellor holds regular sessions on a Tuesday. Referrals are made through TalkingSpace Plus.

Practice Pharmacist

Ramak Farahani

Ramak is an experienced pharmacist with a history in working in community pharmacies and within hospital and care home settings.

Within his role at the surgery, he will be undertaking medication reviews, supporting with medicines management for patients, dealing with prescription queries and also advising on minor illnesses suitable for self-care.
